There are 22 teachers that from 3 different academics, 8 departments and several reserach centers in this center. Through cross-field professional cooperation, multiple research and development energies are stimulated to achieve a win-win situation for enterprises, research centers, and MCUT.

The center is currently equipped with 5 chambers and test systems for different wave bands. In the millimeter wave band, there are two 5G mobile communication FR2 (24-43.5GHz) millimeter wave anechoic chambers (ETS AMS-5705 and Ohms Plus) and measurement equipment. The composed verification system can be connected with mainstream electronic equipment to measure the radiation characteristics of active or passive antenna systems. The active test part uses the integrated tester to connect with communication devices such as mobile phones and execute 3GPP test items. The passive part is the radiation field test of the antenna array or antenna subsystem. In addition, two sets of ETS 8500 and R&S test systems and a sound test chamber donated by Arima Communication Co., Ltd. can perform active and passive characteristic test verification and audio response test of 4G/3G/2G communication equipment, and actively Plan to upgrade the test system for 5G Sub 6G FR1 band.

In addition, an additional R&S ZVA-Z90 was purchased to build a vehicle radar up-conversion and verification system, and the test band was raised to E-band 90GHz, enabling industry-university and research related to advanced intelligent driving systems. It is hoped that the equipment and technology of the center can polish the signboard of MCUT and attract many students come to study at MCUT.
